DELIVERABLES
Infographic, Flyer, Recruitment poster, Social media posts, Powerpoint template
THE Client
Horizon Healthcare Partners (HHP) is a non-profit organization that assists the several healthcare organizations it works with. I worked with the organization for my graphic design internship, designing several types of deliverables that would help them in various ways.
Posters
The first poster here is an informational poster on the release of a new call number for the suicide and crisis lifeline. This being the central information to get across, I used text hierarchy and contrast to make it the easiest part to see. I used white for the listed steps below as well, since this section also provides some pretty important information so the public can be informed as to how the process would work. The overall look takes inspiration from the brand refresh that was established for the 988 lifeline.
The next poster is an infographic on habits that can improve mental health. Using HHP's colors to create a branded look, I used a generic-looking figure - so it could relate to almost anyone - to provide a visual representation of each habit listed. A non-distracting background helps the illustrations and textual information to stand out.
The last poster shown is a recruitment poster for one of HHP's associated organizations, BH Link, a behavioral health facility that provides immediate assistance to a person in crisis. I used the organization's logo to create a graphic at the top, to grab attention and get the main point of the flyer across. The rest of the design is kept simple since it was a text-heavy poster.

Presentation template
HHP was also looking for a powerpoint template that they could use both internally and when presenting to outside organizations. Placing their logo in the center of the cover slide, I included images around it that represented the organization's values, ideals, and location. In a sense, they combine to say "Located in Providence, RI, we seek to aid and inspire our community by working together for the betterment of our future." The other slides, meant to include textual information and/or images, take pieces of the logo to provide a unique and branded look, without being too busy as to be distracting.

Social media posts
I created two sets of social media posts, concerned with mental and behavioral health. The first is designed to destigmatize common thoughts about therapy, including the common thought at the top with an answer that provides more information about that concern. There is also a fun fact at the bottom that provides even more information. The second set provides a thought-provoking quote along with an illustration that aims to create a visual representation of how the quote can be applied to daily life and life as a whole, so that it can ideally apply to anyone.
